Flashback and Forward

1963 Pop stocking up wood for winter when cabin was still in rough construction.

1969 Pop's grandkids loved to get up to the rafters by climbing the woodpile. The only ceiling where they are sitting is over the bathroom. These are my kids!  How they loved the cabin.

We live here permanently after Pop and Mom died. Note that all laundry is still hung to dry.

  4. I can remember how our clothes dried outside in the fresh air and sun smelled so good. I'll bet you have the sweetest smelling laundry around!
