I have said many times before that I don't like change. I'm also afraid that it will take me too long to learn how to use a new one; (fear of the unknown).
In addition, most of all... I have NO money to buy a new one! Will "make do." Always have, always will.
By the way, I think I'm pretty clever figuring out a way to take a few pictures of it! My brain just kicked in - it does that once in a while!
Duct tape works better than scotch tape. I had my sliding glass door taped into the frame for several years before we finally replaced the door. It only loosened up when the weather turned off rainy.
ReplyDeleteI found that duck tape didn't stick as well as the filament tape on the battery door lid. It didn't bend as well either. I have to wipe the area off with alcohol after removing the old stuff to apply the new as well.

DeleteWhen we used filament tape on our door (we used it first because that was what we had), it would dry out and flake off after time in the sun. It doesn't like sun. Duct tape did well in the sun, but not in the wet weather.
